Ascendant Capital was founded in 2011 with the goal of acquiring non-conforming, investor overlay kicks and scratch and dent whole loans from an array of financial institutions. In addition to the principal investment activities, Ascendant Capital provides advisory services to the mortgage banking sector with regard to valuation, secondary marketing best execution and analytics for residential whole loans.
