Nationwide Property Management Inc. manages residential and commercial properties throughout California. John Peterson, President of Nationwide, has been involved in property management since 1976. Mr. Peterson received his M.B.A. from USC in 1974 and became a licensed real estate broker in 1975. Since obtaining his real estate license Mr. Peterson has been involved in the purchase and sale of many types of properties. He is currently a member of the South Bay Association of Realtors®. Beginning in 1976, Mr. Peterson began forming partnerships and purchasing investment properties. Many of the properties were located in tough, urban areas and needed major renovations or needed extensive management changes. In 1985 Mr. Peterson became involved in the construction of residential properties. These past experiences in renovation and new construction provide Nationwide with the ability to resolve most maintenance issues that arise on our managed properties. Currently, Nationwide is primarily involved in the management of properties that are individually owned. Nationwide's office staff is bilingual and highly experienced in property management. Our office manager, Lupe Covarrubias, has over 20 years of property management experience with Nationwide. Our maintenance staff has many years of experience and can repair the most commonly occurring problems.
